Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and high-impact Freelance Business Impact Accelerator Trainer who can deliver engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences to large global audiences. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can simplify complex concepts, and are skilled at driving business-focused conversations rather than deep technical discussions.

Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions for large audiences (100–200+ participants) lasting up to 4 hours
- Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and value propositions for diverse audiences
- Conduct live product demonstrations (Genie) with confidence, including the ability to adapt smoothly when issues arise
- Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive techniques, ensuring strong audience participation and retention
- Adapt quickly to evolving content, materials, and program structures, filling gaps using strong product understanding
- Tailor messaging to at least one industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Marketing)
- Deliver sessions across global time zones, including occasional onsite engagements

- Business-first mindset: Ability to communicate impact, ROI, and business value rather than technical architecture
- Exceptional facilitation skills: Proven ability to manage energy, pacing, and engagement in large groups
- Confident live demonstrator: Comfortable running unscripted, real-time demos and troubleshooting in the moment
- Industry awareness: Knowledge or experience in at least one key sector (FINS, Manufacturing, or Marketing)
- Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable working with evolving content and ambiguous scenarios
- Strong communication skills: Clear, concise storytelling tailored to business stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or workshop leader
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI tools, or digital transformation programs
- Experience delivering global or virtual training programs
- Familiarity with the Databricks platform and Genie is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools / demo environments (e.g., Genie) is a strong advantage
