The Total Rewards Sr Analyst supports the design, delivery, and administration of compensation programs and processes across the organization. This role assists with day-to-day Total Rewards operations, provides coordination and project support to the Total Rewards team, and helps ensure data integrity, timely execution, and strong employee experience. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compensation practices.

What You Will Do

  • Support compensation processes including job evaluations, offer development, market pricing, and compensation analysis.
  • Coordinate and track Total Rewards projects, deliverables, timelines, meeting logistics, documentation, follow-ups, and communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the Total Rewards team including expense submissions, reporting, scheduling, SharePoint content management, and workflow tracking.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and communications for HR and leadership.
  • Research and compile market data insights to support competitive pay recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to answer questions, provide guidance on policy, and support consistent application of compensation practices.
  • Support process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • 1–2 years of HR, compensation, HR operations, project coordination, or related experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices and trends, merit, and data analysis. 

  • Experience with Workday. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 

  • Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
