Provide hands-on support and expertise for the Titan 3000 integration processes and workflows, ensuring seamless operation of the system.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of Titan 3000 systems at client sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to the Titan 3000 application.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system integration procedures, workflows, and user manuals.
Train end-users and stakeholders on Titan 3000 functionality and best practices.
Monitor system performance and integration points, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Support the integration of Titan 3000 with other software applications and data sources as needed.
Participate in project planning and implementation activities related to Titan 3000 integrations.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or integration assistance, specifically with Titan 3000 or similar systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience with application installation, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with database systems and basic SQL for data management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to train and support users effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed for site installations and support.
