The Territory Manager will provide Cardiac Services customers with support in the sale and distribution of the Maternity, Cardiology and Resuscitation range of products. The role will also focus on a range of Airways products and help develop our growing portfolio in the South East region.  Ideally candidates will be based in and around the Surrey area.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Relationships and the business in the key areas of business including Cardiology, Maternity and Resuscitation and EBME Departments
  • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
  • Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquires
  • Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.  Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
  • Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information
  • Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place
  • Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
  • Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings

Requirements

  • Territory Manager with 5+ years’ Medical sales or technical experience
  • Experience of selling into clinical areas within Hospitals, It would be an advantage if you have existing relationships with EBME Managers,  Cardiology  or Maternity Managers
  • High reliance on drive and planning and excellent organisational and account management skills.
  • Capability in IT skills and connectivity
  • Willing to travel within the UK as required
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided)
