Job Description

*Opportunity to work remotely with the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies providing products, education, clinical programs, and services."

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus!
  • 2+ years of customer service (call center preferred but not required).
  • Passion to help others!
  • Must live a commutable distance from Libertyville, IL

Job Description:

  • Provide customer service support to customers and sales representatives.
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and record consistent problem areas.
  • Place orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the issue resolution.
  • Maintain a record of calls and note customer records as necessary to maintain consistency in service.
