Job Description

Unified Communications Administrator 4+ years of experience with Microsoft VoIP based environments (Lync, Skype for Business, or Teams) Solid understanding of telco routing (IP-to-IP SBC) and SIP, H323, G.711 etc. Solid understanding of networking Experience administrating VoIP Gateways Experience with e-fax systems Experience with video conferencing solutions Experience with administering Microsoft Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Experience in implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting PBX environments Experience in project coordination Experience in purchasing and working with vendors and carriers Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate From a startup in Detroit, we grew into a force in the technology and talent management industry, deploying nearly 10,000 U.S.-based consultants that develop, implement and run mission-critical systems and projects for our enterprise customers.
