Job Description

Team Tobias Staffing is seeking intelligent, diligent hard workers that thrives on a challenge and deadlines; to work remotely (work from home). The idea employee must have a working knowledge of Excel and Word and reasonable typing skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work from home
  • Experience in IT, Helpdesk, Telesales
  • Knowledge of Website Development and Search Engine Optimization
  • Follow up with clients to verify satisfaction
  • Ability to explain products and product prices
  • Ability to answer customer questions about product/service
  • Ability to obtain customer information; such as name, address and email to set an appointment for a member of management
  • Ability to keep track of customers that have been contacted and those who wish to be removed from company calling list
  • Ability to follow up with previous customers for potential sales
  • Ability to maintain records of customer contacts
  • Ability to complete customer surveys to obtain information for potential customers
  • Part-time - 20 hrs/wk
  • Compensation: DOE
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
