Job Description

Position: Technology Strategy Director

Location: Remote

Salary: $130k-150K

Description:

You are a senior consultant with a passion for architecting creative solutions to revenue growth challenges. You have broad experience with an array of marketing and sales platforms, and you love learning new systems almost as much as you love orchestrating the complex Account Based programs that use them. You enjoy interacting with clients, but your workday is not complete without spending quality time creating detailed implementation plans and guiding teammates through project execution.

How you might spend your day:

  • Designing the technical architecture for an integrated AB campaign that will deliver on program goals and KPIs.
  • Helping a client assess their current go to market strategy and recommending optimizations to their audience targeting approach.
  • Architecting a reporting dashboard and designing and building the underlying data model.
  • Meeting with a prospect to understand their business needs and pain points, and quickly scoping innovative, practical solutions.
  • Auditing and optimizing lead lifecycles and sales processes.
  • Writing technical specifications for marketing campaigns, assets, and system integrations.
  • Running QA on a team member's campaign build to ensure it is set up according to our internal guidelines as well as the needs of this project, and that it works properly.
  • Cutting loose with a joke or doling out chocolate to break up an intense day.
  • Working with your team to absolutely delight your clients so that they tell everyone how awesome we are!

What you'll bring to the table:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, integrated communications, marketing, computer science, or other related discipline
  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in a highly interactive, technology-driven marketing agency
  • 5+ years of experience working in Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce - we love certifications!
  • 5+ years hands-on experience building, integrating, managing and supporting mission critical business technology platforms
