Job Description

Our client is a leading foundation repair construction company in Texas. We are seeking a passionate Technician Scheduler to join our team.

Review Sold Contracts:

  • Carefully examine sold contracts to understand the scope and details of the repairs required. This involves a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.

Customer Communication:

  • Initiate contact with customers to schedule repairs. This involves effective and courteous communication to discuss available time slots, understand customer preferences, and confirm scheduling details.

Coordination with the Production Team:

  • Collaborate closely with the Production team to align scheduled repairs with project requirements. This includes considering factors such as resource availability, project timelines, and any specific needs outlined by the production department.

Timely Job Scheduling:

  • Ensure that all scheduled jobs align with timelines and deadlines. Proactively communicate any potential scheduling conflicts or challenges to the Production team and work collaboratively to find solutions.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduled jobs using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel. This includes recording customer information, job details, and any special instructions provided by the customer or the Production team.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address any scheduling issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently. Work with customers and the Production team to find mutually agreeable solutions to reschedule jobs if necessary.


  • Be adaptable to changes in scheduling requirements, project priorities, or unexpected challenges. Demonstrate a flexible approach to accommodate evolving needs within the Production team
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000 USD/month

Schedule: 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or a related field is an asset.
