Your activities will include:
- Produce operational procedures and manuals. Outline, develop, write and manage.
- Design specifications.
- Quickly build a detailed understanding of the projects and systems.
- Produce creative and engaging documentation and content for users and support teams.

- Strong knowledge of software, data and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High quality delivery and high attention to detail.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
- Strong organizational, communicational and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong team player
Experience Desirable
- Knowledge and previous experience in Insurance or other Financial Services
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi an advantage
