Position: Technical Support

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST | 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Pay Range: USD 1,300 - 1,400 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

Company/Client Overview:

A US-based company providing email marketing services to their clients.


  • Collaborate with customers via Zoom calls to provide real-time assistance, clarify product functionalities, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Assist customers with technical issues by troubleshooting and providing initial support. Escalate unresolved technical problems to the development team for further investigation and resolution.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Update and maintain support documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the latest product versions and features.


  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role specializing in email marketing automations
  • Strong technical support background with knowledge of email marketing platforms and email automation systems.
  • Understanding of email automation concepts and structures, allowing the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in DNS management is highly preferred; experience troubleshooting DNS issues and configuring DNS settings would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers and provide clear explanations and instructions.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Active Campaign or Convert Kit is ideal
