Technical Support Representative - Remote Shift Tuesday - Saturday 230 PM - 1100 PM The Technical Support Representative will provide quality support to users by responding to end-user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications. The primary objective of this role would ultimately be to identify the problem source and work with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve those issues.
