Your Role as a Technical Support Representative

The program is catered to the various ways people learn. Our training equips and supports you to become a valued team member. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, empower them to use our products with confidence, and work with them to resolve their product issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent SofterWare's values to customers who contact the Support Department
* Delight customers with friendliness and enthusiasm
* Communicate effectively on the phone, on chat, and through email
* Listen to customers with empathy and capture their feedback about our products.
* Own customer issues with a desire to see them fully resolved as quickly as possible
* Provide accurate and timely notes of all interactions with customers
* Learn processes and products while adapting to an always evolving and improving environment

Key Requirements:

* Willingness to learn, grow, and provide exceptional customer service
* Strong ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
* Familiarity with a database application very helpful, but not required
* Experience in a non-profit organization very helpful, but not required
