Additional responsibilities include ensuring the products meet design targets in areas such as quality, feature set, cost, schedule, reliability, acoustics, regulatory and safety. The mechanical architect will be responsible for mechanical architecture, component and system-level specifications, creating and directing CAD models, interpreting test data, and status reporting for assigned team projects. The mechanical architect will also be responsible for driving others including external suppliers and development partners to deliver robust mechanical solutions.
