What you’ll do

Brex is hiring our first technical sourcers based in Mexico. As a remote-first company, you will work with peers across the globe to hire top talent across the entire organization. You are passionate about building strategic and lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and cross functional partners. Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who are excited about recruitment and want to help us build high-performing teams around the world. 


  • Source and screen quality candidates across various organizations within the business (ie. Engineering) 
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and impression of Brex through first engagements
  • Manage high volumes of candidates (outbound and inbound) efficiently
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
  • Use hiring metrics to develop and define strategy on new and more efficient sourcing solutions.


  • Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Keen attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning new technologies (Greenhouse, CodeSignal, Gem)
