We are currently seeking a proficient Technical Sourcer to join us on a temporary four-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ months of experience in technical sourcing and demonstrate expertise in utilizing sourcing automation tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and sourcing activities to identify top-tier technical talent across various channels and platforms.
- Employ advanced sourcing methodologies and tools to efficiently identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to comprehend technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- This temporary role (4 weeks duration) has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs

- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience specifically in technical sourcing or similar roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing sourcing automation tools and platforms.
- Capability to commit to 8 hours of daily work throughout the contract period.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of technical roles, skills, and terminology is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
