Kelly is looking for a **Technical Recruiter** to support a growing client!


**Pay:** $45.00/hr


**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible)


*This position is a 9 month contract with the possibility of being extended*


**This person will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates. This person will be expected to develop strong relationships with team members, hiring managers, and business leaders.**


**Job Duties:**


+ Create strategic sourcing plans within specific regions for current and future hiring demand


+ Drive long-term strategy in close collaboration with employment branding, marketing, and Business Leaders


+ Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity and decisions including candidate profiles and target locations


+ Demonstrate subject matter expertise on market trends, sourcing metrics, talent attraction tools


+ Define and monitor success measures of sourcing processes and programs; create mitigation plans to increase application volumes in high risk areas


+ Ability to compose data-driven narratives to highlight sourcing channel insights, observations, and actions


**Corporate Recruiters will have the following experience:**


+ Have worked with an ATS such as iCIMS or Taleo experience recruiting Diverse candidates, working with diversity groups such as Vets, Minorities, Women in Engineering etc. Also, understands affirmative action goals.


+ Consultative with hiring managers and guiding them on the interview/hiring process.


+ Understanding of legal compliance/employment laws.


+ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seekout is preferred.


+ Experience recruiting candidates across North America and Canada will also be helpful.


**REQUIREMENTS:**


+ Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, corporate environment.


+ Technical Recruiting experience focusing on Software Development (Java, Embedded, Android), Engineering & IT.


+ Attention to detail is mandatory.


+ A solid and broad-based grasp of Technology solutions such as Mobile, IOT, Cloud, Machine Learning, Android development & Big Data


+ Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles.


+ Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments.


+ Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.


+ Understanding of basic immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements.


+ Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required.


+ A MIN. OF A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS REQUIRED.
