Job Description

My client is a highly reputable global Tech company looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Recruiter to support on all of their UK technical recruitment needs.

This busy role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with flexible hours, fully remote working and a really fab company culture with an amazing benefits package, including a 10% bonus, and a generous equity plan for everyone! There is an amazing office in Shoreditch to use as needed, but as this role is fully remote, my client welcomes applicants from across the UK, but you must have right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels, mainly for engineering and product roles
  • Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework, and processes
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all Recruitment and Talent matters
  • Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
  • Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience, with a warm, heartfelt and solution focussed approach
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:
  • Proven track record working in recruitment or talent, within tech
  • Ideally a least a year of internal experience, but open to exceptional talent from agency background if you embody their values
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
