About the Team The Buying Confidence group is a cross-functional team responsible for creating experiences across their website that help over 45 million customers make confident purchase decisions. With over 66 million items offered by 2.7 million sellers, the group brings value to their buyers, sellers, and their company by balancing e-commerce best practices with the exciting challenges posed by operating at scale. ABOUT THE ROLE This rolersquos primary responsibilities bullEnable squads in Buying Confidence to contribute to various group objectives on heavily-trafficked areas of their website bullSupport coordination among teams related to our Progressive Web App initiative bullCoordinate team updates and progress within the Buying Confidence initiative For each responsibility, this person will need to bullKeep multiple stakeholders informed of pertinent information such as status updates, timeline changes, and upcoming launches bullDefine and streamline dependencies across functions bullTrack technical issues that arise and help various parties arrive at a solution bullStrive to understand and account for complexity while staying focused on the overarching objective of projects bullBe action oriented to keep projects moving forward ABOUT YOU bullYou have 3-5 years of technical program management experience bullYou have broad technical knowledge and are comfortable communicating with engineers and business leaders bullYou are meticulously organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously bullYou have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and use these to effectively talk to team membersstakeholders and monitor program progress You must reside currently in the U.S. and be able to work during East Coast Business Hours to be considered.
