About the Role:

You will play a critical role in assembling adept project teams, setting ambitious yet achievable objectives, and employing innovative management methods to ensure successful project delivery. This role is not just about overseeing projects but also about nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous growth among our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are initiated, executed, and closed with precision, meeting all technical and time constraints.
• Employ and advocate for advanced project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in workflows.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Secure launch of business-critical site features using technology such as Python, Django, TypeScript and GCP.  
• Rate and evaluate project outcomes, driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and performance.

The Base Salary range for this position is $147,000 - $178,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.

• A demonstrated track record of successfully managing software development projects from inception to completion.
• A deep understanding of project management principles and a passion for applying them to streamline engineering processes.
• Experience in setting and achieving OKRs and the ability to lead teams towards meeting these objectives.
• Excellent talent management skills, with a knack for identifying and nurturing engineering talent.
