Job Description

Product Owner- 6547

Atlanta, GA (remote)

Build, maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap based on inputs from product management, architecture, engineering, and other stakeholders
Understand the business needs and translate product requirements into robust and innovative solutions, alongside the engineering team
Work as a key member of the development team preparing for and facilitating agile ceremonies
Lead estimation sessions to obtain high level roadmap estimates.
Build, edit, prioritize, and maintain team backlog of epics and user stories. Breakdown functional and non-function requirements into user stories to present in sprint planning
Identify internal and external dependencies of epics and user stories & define clear acceptance criteria
Predict potential problems, identify edge cases, and outline key risks or issues together with the team and ensure they are communicated.
Create and maintain documentation for your teams' components, including API specs, sequence diagrams and feature documentation.
Be a constant source of product information and direction for the team
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience
Demonstrated working experience with Rally and JIRA.
Proven knowledge and experience in working with Agile within SAFe.
Experience applying project management in leading scrum teams in innovative digital and technology domains.
Experience improving business outcomes through the execution and delivery of new capabilities that are cross-team enabled.
Experience guiding teams in performing Agile features across multiple channels, including emerging technology and mobility, to optimize business requirements to drive scrum team capacity efficiencies.

Technical skillset
Atleast 12+ years of product development experience in C/C++/Java,
Clear understanding on SDLC lifecycle-Waterfall/Agile,
3+ years of product owner/manager role.
Knowledge on Web Application development,
Strong knowledge on REST/SOAP API development, Swagger
Knowledge on Identitiy Management domain is plus
Knowledge on OKTA platform is plus
