Job Details

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Serve as SME to customers
• Collaborate with sales, customer support team, and customers to identify problems and pain points and create use cases around these problems
• Improve customer service continuously through updates and refinements of existing product
• Lead both network and software teams to manage new features and products
• Help create technical specifications to bring a product to life from hardware infrastructure to through software specifications
• Work with stakeholders and engineers to find a balance of scaling and long term benefits vs faster execution
• Take part in R&D and Innovation
