But we're proud of what we've accomplished...and...we're humble enough to admit that we need you to make us even more effective.You'll help us drive digital innovation:Work closely with our global customers in Europe, USA, Australia, Asia, Middle East and JapanTroubleshoot, debug and propose bug fixes or architectural changes within the Mendix platform or related to customer sided implementationWork closely with R teams on a tactical level to identify structural improvements and improve the customer experience of our platformDevelop solutions (Appstore widgets/modules) for customer issues without clear short-term solution path in the Mendix platformUnderstand customer use cases to be an effective liaison between R and customer to solve complex technical problemsTake complete ownership of escalationsMentor and coach team members as we continue to build them outIdentify opportunities to propose new troubleshooting or performance analysis tools for production operations staffParticipate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical customer escalationsIdentify improvements in our support processes and tools, both internal and with our partners including SAP, IBM and Siemens Work in a smart and dynamic team where innovation thrives, and career opportunities are abundantYou're the innovator we need if you:Love to engage with the customer to solve any challenges they might face and voice their needs and challenges within MendixHave a B.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentMendix Developer Certifications a plus Strong cloud deployment experience Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAre passionate about technology and have strong problem solving and analytical skillsWell-organized, flexible and can keep an overview of all your tasksHave over 5 years of development experience in object-oriented programming languages. Java/JS focus a plus.
