Job Description

DescriptionSummary Reporting to the Program Executive, the Technical Specialist leads integration, configuration & implementation of the technical solution and testing of the clinical trial solution efforts across a portfolio of Sponsors, Sites, third party Vendors and Clinical Trial Studies assigned to him/her ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sponsors, Sites, third party Vendors and ConcertAI teams to develop and define integration specifications for clinical data interfaces (Real Word Data) and transactions to support Digital Trial StudiesWork with third party Vendors to develop eConsent and ePRO workflows and forms to support Digital Trial StudiesWork with ConcertAI internal teams to develop electronic Case Report Forms to collect and present data to support Digital Trial StudiesCollaborate with ConcertAI Development team to develop specification documents for technical solution architecture and integrationDevelop testing plans and perform installation system testing, user acceptance testing, Sponsor/Site validation testing and ongoing release validation testingProvide Level 2 technical support to Sponsors, Sites, third party vendors and collaborate with ConcertAI Development team on resolving Level 3 support issuesCollaborate with the Digital Trial Solutions team to understand Sponsor/Site/Trial Study specific needs, goals and develop plans and technical methods to implement the solutionEvaluate data sources and processes for integrity, working cross-functionally with ConcertAI teams, Sponsors, Sites and Vendors to resolve errorsAct in accordance with federal healthcare privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH and 21 CFR part 11 (GxP)Participate in client-facing meetings and discussions RequirementsBachelor's degree education, in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technology experience1-3 years of experience in Healthcare, preference to Clinical Trials and oncology specific experienceCRO and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge desiredKnowledge of Electronic Medical Records, HL7 interfaces and transactions in the Healthcare marketTechnical knowledge HTML/XML, SQL and Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with a variety of structured and unstructured file formatsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work independentlyExcellent oral and written communication skillsCognizant of HIPAA regulationsFamiliarity with standard industry-specific metricsLearn More About ConcertAI ConcertAI is transforming how healthcare is delivered and dedicated to improving patient outcomes in oncology by offering innovative solutions on how data and intelligence is used to solve healthcare problems.
