The Technical Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and customization of the Wisedocs solution. This role involves hands-on technical work, including API integrations, custom configurations, troubleshooting, and support. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technical solutions, integration, and customer success. We’re looking for someone that is genuinely excited about problem solving for customers and who has a strong balance between providing technical solutions while communicating in a concise, engaging way. Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Implementation & Configuration: 

  • Manage the technical implementation  working closely with the customer and internal teams. 
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot systems to meet customer-specific requirements. 
  • Oversee API integrations, ensuring smooth data flows between systems. 

API Integration & Management: 

  • Develop, manage, and maintain API connections to integrate systems seamlessly. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve integration issues. 
  • Ensure APIs are set up securely and optimized for performance. 

Customer Support & Collaboration: 

  • Serve as the technical point of contact during implementations, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert advice. 
  • Train customers and end-users on customized features, helping them maximize the value of our solution. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, , Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure implementations align with customer needs and project timelines. 

Documentation & Process Improvement: 

  • Document configuration processes, integrations, and customizations for internal and customer use. 
  • Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and workflows, continuously improving our delivery process. 
  • Monitor and analyze implementation performance metrics, using insights to improve future projects. 

Ideal Candidate 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, API integration, or a similar role. 
    • Proficiency with API protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP) and knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is highly preferred. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
