We are looking for a Italian speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist B2C customers for our client in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
- 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Requirements
- Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).
- Relocate to Athens, Greece
- Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
- Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
