Lev is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with remote employees across the United States and United Kingdom.This position is available for Remote Candidates across the United States.ABOUT THE POSITION: The Technical Business Analyst (BA) Consultant is a senior member of our project team whose primary objective is to guide technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. In this role, you will gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, help define scope, and align client objectives to the features/functions of the implemented systems. You will work closely with Client and Lev technical resources to gain a deep understanding of technical dependencies and system interactions that will serve as input to the Architect's finalized technical designs. Your role will also assist in identifying process improvements and participating in solutions testing to contribute to the overall quality delivery of our solutions.Success in this Role Looks Like:You deliver business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, business process models with limited supervision and oversight;You feel confident facilitating discussions on digital marketing strategy, journey mapping and their underlying technologies;You create solution clarity by asking the right questions;You easily integrate within a cross-disciplinary team becoming a trusted advisor to the client;You liaise between the client and the technical team speaking to both teams on their level;You love solving problems. You are both resourceful and intellectually curious;You can negotiate skillfully with both the internal team and the client, and win concessions without damaging relationships; You are comfortable handling many concurrent projects and tasks, and instinctively re-prioritize often without needing guidance; You have the ability to roll up your sleeves and pick up work outside of your role definition in an effort to drive more value for your clients;You may have held roles with titles such as Marketing Business Analyst, Marketing Product Owner, Marketing Operations Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lead discovery/requirements elaboration sessions via onsite and/or remote sessions in a key, client-facing, consultative capacity; Understand, document and collaboratively reimagine client business processesDocument all functional/non-functional business requirements that impact integrations, dependencies, configuration and development efforts;.Deeply understand Client objectives, and work cooperatively with architects to align to the technical features/functions of the Salesforce business solutions;Negotiate between the Lev team and customer business resources to align requirements to feasible solutions;Own and continually manage the product backlog;Develop, maintain and leverage strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders; andConfidently onboard to Lev and new clients to hit your utilization target within 6 weeks of starting.Education and/or Experience:Required:BA/ BS or equivalent experienceDirect experience in a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant or similar role3 years in a Consulting role or customer-facing experienceDemonstrable experience and/or skills with Marketing automation technologiesExcellent documentation skills (functional requirements specifications, business rules)Experience with business process modeling and analysisDirect experience documenting business requirements for marketing automationExperience documenting requirements for data flows, data mapping and interfacesExperience with backlog managementPreferred:Previous experience helping to manage project testing and/or UAT TestingSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Interaction Studio or Pardot experienceJira administration experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Strong, technical aptitude to quickly adapt and learn new technologiesStrong attention to detailProven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodsNavigate client/internal relationships, and negotiate changes to achieve desired outcomesSelf-manage and meet established deadlinesBreak large complex goals into component parts or stepsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable with ambiguity and the workload that comes from a high-growth companyWork in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHighly efficient team player with the ability to also work independentlyStrong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of informationCognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a "Green Card") for this role.
