Job Description

Position: Tech Support - Tier 2 (Remote)

CFS Technology is working with a awesome, fast growing company in the Grand Rapids, MI area and is looking for a Tech Support Specialist - Tier 2 to join their team. This company is on the cutting edge of technology working with software and hardware primarily used within the healthcare industry. They are experiencing strong financial and departmental growth and are very steady. Family oriented culture where employees are taken care of very well.


You will be working with a great team doing Tier 2 Technical Support solving networking and proprietary software issues for the customers utilizing the company's software and services. If you have a great background in Tier 1-2 networking, and with customer service, this may be a great role for you!

Preferred Experience:

-Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+ or CISCO CCNA, CCENT preferred.

-Experience with Network Troubleshooting and Wireless Networks. (LAN, WAN)

-Ability to understand, diagnose and repair network and software issues.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email.

-Self-motivated and ability to work individually.

-Strong organization skills and detail oriented.

-Ability to work remotely effectively. Required work authorization:

  • Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
