As a Technical Analyst supporting SharePoint in our Principal Global Investors area, you'll engage with our Product Team and develop integrated applications to support business activities across the organization. Solutions will require integration between SharePoint Online, the O365 Office suite, and other tools and services to support the implementation of an integrated suite of technology solutions to support the multi-faceted business needs of our organization. Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:
Work collaboratively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Identify, plan, design, and develop SharePoint Online and O365 solutions utilizing out-of-the-box user interface components and leveraging complementing tools such as SharePoint Framework, Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows to achieve the desired business solution.
Document architectures, tools utilized, and approaches. Create related documentations, user documents, training materials, and other documentations as needed.
Provide technical insight, recommendations, and alternatives analysis based on your knowledge and experience of O365 and SharePoint Online.
Provide input into strategies, architectures, and approaches to build, implement, and improve new and existing O365 and SharePoint Online solutions.
We're looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field)
Strongest candidates will have 2+ years of experience and familiarity with many of the "preferred" skills listed below
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred
Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
Basic presentation and leadership skills required
Must be able to effectively communicate technical plans, strategies and designs to all levels of the company
