As a Team Lead Salesforce Developer, you will:
Lead a team of 12 salesforce developers across the North American time zone. Can be based in the EU as long as there is flexibility in booking team meetings in the evenings etc.
Perform configuration and customization of the (url removed) platform.
Meet with stakeholders to determine business, functional, and technical requirements and support application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
The team you will be leading is separated into 4 admins, 3 architects, 1 Sr. Salesforce developer, 2 mid-senior salesforce developers, 2 PO's/PM's.
Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
Develop highly interactive and customer-centric UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.
Work closely with the Architect to assist with application changes planning, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.
Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
Work closely with enablement to ensure on-time and quality delivery of releases.
