Job Details

• Manage QBO and other software for key tax clients
• Review QBO accounts (and other software) and modify as necessary for year end tax preparation
• Administratively manage tax returns through the filing process (gather documents, electronically file returns, Request 8879s
• Prepare taxes for small businesses income and personal property returns
• Prepare personal tax returns
• Ad Hoc Tax Preparation - 1099s, 941s, 2553, W2s, sales tax returns, annual registration
• Participate in annual tax training for accounting / ops team
