We are looking for an Taleo Applicant Tracking System Specialist .

This is a slightly technical role, as this person will be the first and last resort for any questions/concerns with the system. Taleo experience is a MUST, no other ATS system will work for this role. For CRM experience, we would ideally like this person to have experience with Smashly, but it is not a requirement. More importantly, this person must have experience and understanding with how CRM systems and Taleo can connect and pass data back and forth. Our system is highly customized to fit our needs, we don't need someone that can code, but someone proficient enough to work within the already customized system.


We have a consulting opportunity as a HRIS Taleo ATS Specialist within the Talent Sourcing Strategies Team. This team encompasses the recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, websites, social media platforms, etc.), the Employment Brand, and talent sourcing strategies including recruitment marketing. The team is charged with enabling talent acquisition team members such as recruiters and sourcers in continuing to deliver world-class hiring capabilities for Information Technology North America, and to promote an employee value proposition that positions them as employers of choice. A dynamic, global environment, this opportunity will enable our consultant to work in a context of multiple global systems including system conversions and new implementations. The technology stack includes Taleo ATS and Smashfly CRM in the United States, with some opportunities to consult for brand and/or global recruiting technology systems on disparate platforms not limited to SuccessFactors, ApplicantPro or similar. This specialist must be capable of keeping our systems up, running efficiently, reporting accurately and integrating seamlessly with the full technology stack. Minimum/Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume HRIS environment, particularly supporting a technology stack including both ATS and CRM are required. Preferably this consultant will have had specialized focus on recruitment technology.
    • This candidate must have experience working on Taleo configuration for a minimum of 1+ years. This includes system administration, vendor partnership, and troubleshooting experience with integrations as well as day-to-day operations.
    • 1+ years project management experience implementing systems across an organization is preferred.
    • Experience creating, modifying, and running reports in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Reporting is a plus. TCC experience is strongly preferred.
    • Aptitude to understand very detailed requirements, with the capability to communicate technical information to management in an easy to understand manner is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.

    Education: H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Emphasis is on the quality and nature of professional work experience
