[solidcore] is looking for a Talent & Product Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Strategy, this candidate must be based in Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, or Colorado. Key Requirements:
- Oversee and manage the execution of [solidcore] continued education coach training (Levels 1-5) and supplemental educational workshops. That includes administrative work, trainings, and post-training reporting
- Support team members and cross-functional partners execute Level and supplemental workshops virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculums
- Create and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materials
- Monthly coaching quota of 16 classes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year of experience as a leading [solidcore] coach preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, connect with, and inspire a team. Experience coaching and motivating groups
- Strong administrative skills
- Time management skills and consistency in completing tasks are required
- Proficiency with G-suite and zoom
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed, as the business dictates. Non-traditional availability is expected to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
