HR Additions is searching for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment and development of current and future staff.
This role is a decision influencer and process optimizer.

Talent Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding of top talent
  • Partners with organization to proactively achieve long term strategic workforce planning
  • Lead recruitment process for internal, external, permanent and temporary roles
  • Drive internship program working with internal and external clients
  • Manage ad-hoc reports and KPIs

Talent Acquisitions Specialist Requirements:

  • 5 plus years in large organization TA role
  • Bachelor degree in HR or certification highly desired
