Talent Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for:
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding of top talent
- Partners with organization to proactively achieve long term strategic workforce planning
- Lead recruitment process for internal, external, permanent and temporary roles
- Drive internship program working with internal and external clients
- Manage ad-hoc reports and KPIs
Talent Acquisitions Specialist Requirements:
- 5 plus years in large organization TA role
- Bachelor degree in HR or certification highly desired
