Whats cool about this opportunity?This is your opportunity to join a small company and act as an ambassador of Another Source and our mission when engaging candidates and clients.We operate as a virtual team on the west coast, that gives you flexibility!Youll work on a variety of positions ranging from mid to Director-level within the job functions of procurement, sales and marketing, human resources, accounting and finance, and engineering.Our clients are primarily down the west coast and range from startups to world-renowned universities.We are a virtual team by design and have been successfully operating that way.The Gig:In this position, you will actively partner with clients to understand the knowledge, skills and abilities needed as they build out their team. With understanding of the clients needs, you will then actively participate in engaging and qualifying candidates for our clients openings, ascertaining a candidate's unique story, highlighting their experience and skills, and proactively and consistently alerting the team as to trends you identify in the candidate pools. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist youll be charged with establishing, expanding and maintaining a diversified candidate pipeline to assist in meeting and exceeding our client requirements. This role is a remote position with the flexibility to be located in Washington, Oregon, or California.About You and the Key Skills Required:Youre joining our team with a minimum 2+ years human resources, or recruitment experienceYou have 2+ years' experience in a role that required the ability to develop rapport and credibility quickly, extract relevant information, and provide an accurate assessment of the interactionYou're a respectful, engaging, and an inquisitive communicatorYou have a professional demeanor, confidence, initiative and the ability to motivate and manage candidate relationshipsYou display integrity by follow up/follow through and your resourcefulness and love for learning allows you to navigate a variety of candidate career experiences successfullyYou have demonstrated experience working autonomously toward company goals.You are savvy and a proactive self-starter with ability to drive projects through to completion, while accepting direction along the way as neededFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tools preferredBachelors Degree preferredWorking in a small organization provides an opportunity for significant organizational visibility, while directly impacting the success of an organization.
