Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recruiter to join our team in our Lehi and/or Las Vegas call centers! As our call center recruiter, you will be brainstorming and implementing creative ways to build up the candidate pipeline, as well as using traditional methods to attract talent. You will be directly impacting the continued growth of our center by bringing in qualified applicants.We are also open to RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain a continuous pipeline for non-exempt call center agentsSource for qualified candidatesBuild relationships and partner with local universities and organizations to attract talentPost positions online, attend career fairs, and research and recommend new sources for recruitingCoordinate and provide guidance to on-site support services supervisors to reduce application to hire turnaround timeConduct regular follow up with operations team to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationTrack and analyze recruiting statsImplement creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate poolWork closely with HR and Operations Team to recommend solutions to reduce turnover SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Strong computer skills and experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred) as well as proficiency in Microsoft OfficeException verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated, self- driven individual who is detail oriented and organized EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume environment.
