POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will build and maintain strong relationships with our Hospital Leaders, Hiring Managers, and the Human Resource Department to develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract talent for the Network.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
  • Recruitment and selection techniques  
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with intern and residency programs, colleges, university, and community college placement offices. 
  • Assist in identifying, organizing, and attending conventions and career events. 
  • Prepare and present job offers in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Strong knowledge of multiple talent markets. 
  • Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience . 
  • Manage short-term hiring forecasts. 
  • Manage full life cycle of recruitment.  
  • Build pipeline for a variety of positions at all levels. 
  • Plan, develop, implement, direct, and constantly re-evaluate recruitment activities and performance based on defined goals, strategies, objectives and metrics. 
  • Maintain a solid level of industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape. 
  • Promotes an environment of excitement for all applicants and job candidates. 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned. 


OUR IDEAL CANDIDIATE - to be considered for the role you will need:
  • 3+ years relevant recruiting experience (specialist and/or senior level hiring) preferably gained within veterinary or healthcare environment.  
  • Licenses or certifications preferred. 
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
  • Three to five years of experience in a talent acquisition role. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to maintain confidential information. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
