We are a dedicated and growing team in a rapidly expanding and ever changing company. We are devoted to finding the best talent for a variety of positions and providing the very best candidate experience - from the application through the onboarding process. Major Duties & Responsibilities:Scheduling for the Talent Acquisition Team, Candidates, and Hiring ManagersInterview confirmation and followupSetting up access for candidates and providing instructions for using our cloud based virtual environmentGreeting candidates for interviews and making introductions to Hiring ManagersUpdating project management boards and spreadsheetsCreating requisitions and submitting job postings on internal and external sites and social mediaFollowing up with new hires to ensure all onboarding requirements are completedOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills Requirements:1+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator experience or equal Human Resource education requiredStrong multitasking skills and flexibility due to changing prioritiesProficiency with G-Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferredAbility to take direction and execute with little supervisionFriendly and professional demeanorExcellent written, verbal and listening skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyEducation: BA in Business Administration/Human Resources preferredHigh School/GED required>eXp Realty is an equal employment opportunity employer.
