Job summary

As part of the Valiantys support team, you’ll be a knowledge expert on all issues related to Atlassian products. This role will consist of system operations, knowledge of debugging, advanced troubleshooting, and best practices to resolve the most difficult problems.

What do you need to be successful?

A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a support engineer or in a similar fast-paced and highly technical environment.

Experience in analyzing server and client application logs to identify the root cause of errors.

general knowledge of web technologies and related tools.

strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Propose clear & simple solutions to answer clients' requests within the defined SLA

Manage service requests and incidents.

Delegate Atlassian product administration on behalf of clients (for example, user management, permissions skills, workflow configuration, and add-ons management).

Root cause analysis of clients' issues

Feed & Improve Valiantys documentation based on clients' experience and feedback.

Configure Apache HTTPD & Tomcat and Set up certifications (SSL...)

Insure the migration of AWS servers.

Analyze application logs and servers.
