Support Engineer, 2nd line, Remote Working

In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Engineer will provide a support service to the Executive team who are based across the UK. You'll be expected to cover 1st and 2nd line issues relating to systems, infrastructure, desktop and peripheral devices whilst also getting involved in some interesting and ad-hoc project work.
This Support Engineer position would suit an "all-rounder", someone with strong desktop support skills but interest in multiple areas of technology. You'll have excellent customer service skills, ideally with prior experience supporting C-suite managers as well as a drive to further your career and experience.
What do I need?
Solid experience of providing 1st / 2nd line support within a professional environment
Experience with a variety of Microsoft OS including Windows 7 and 10
Experience with Citrix, VPNs
Some server experience/exposure - Windows 2008 and 2012 R2
Basic Application Support experience for both bespoke & off the shelf applications
Hardware / peripheral device experience / interest.
