Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Support Desk Specialist to join our team. The Support Desk Specialist provides first tier support for colleagues and patients for all IT related items via multiple channels for break/fix issues, inquiries, or requests. Provides IT system optimization, documentation and communication with colleagues and patients to resolve basic technical support issues.

o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk
Monday 2:00-10:30pm
Tuesday 2:00-10:30pm
Thursday 1:30-10:30pm
Friday 2:00-10:30pm
Saturday 7:00pm-12:00am
Sunday 12:00-7:00am, 7:00pm-12:00am
Monday 12:00-7:00am
Wednesday 2:00-10:30pm
Thursday 1:30-10:30pm
Friday 2:00-10:30pm
o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service, healthcare or information technology is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with Active Directory, VMWare, Epic and/or ServiceNow is preferred.
