Summary of Position:

Alert Communications is searching for an experienced Strategic Sales Executive (SSE) for its legal intake and retainer services business. The National Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the services offered by the legal intake company to potential clients, typically law firms. This individual is focused on selling to law firms with more than 10 attorneys. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Alert’s legal intake services can benefit them. 

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the legal industry, particularly law firms 
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients 
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their needs 
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the legal intake services offered by the company 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, legal regulations, and competitors 
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the company's legal intake services to potential clients. 
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the services 
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements 
  • Handle objections and address concerns to move deals forward 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system 
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the legal industry or related services
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex services and solutions 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and industry
