Applicants with a disability who need assistance applying for a position with Associated Bank are asked to email: Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Small Business Banking, lead the strategic and sales planning efforts for key revenue generating and business development programs for the Small Business Lending segment. Work closely with Small Business Channel owners to develop and execute the go-to-market plan across the Small Business delivery channels, including establishing the training plans and goals for the key programs. Have a primary focus on developing and managing all aspects of the revenue generating and business development programs including the program benefits, program enhancements, sales and referral efforts, field execution and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the programs. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence, Customer Experience, Sales Administration, Small Business Channel owners to coordinate the efforts. Job Accountabilities Responsible for developing the overall strategy, objectives and supporting tactics for key revenue generating and business development programs within the Small Business Lending segment Collaborate with Small Business Channel owners and Small Business Sales Management team to develop and execute the go-to-market plan across Small Business delivery channels and to define the training plan and goal setting for the key programs. Hire, develop and direct the Business Development team responsible for driving direct, off-site (non- Branch) sales across the footprint for the key programs. Partner with Marketing to influence the selection and prioritization of promotional and campaign support and to coordinate off site sales opportunities with affinity/sponsor relationships. Collaborate with Product Management to define the product and pricing requirements and strategies for key programs. Responsible for establishing and optimizing results tracking, benchmarking and reporting for the key programs. Proactively collect and assess voice-of-customer and voice-of-employee feedback related to the key program experiences. Influence the operating model and procedures for the key programs in collaboration with the Small Business Channel owners and Compliance. Partner with Finance to perform the business planning and to assess the ROI outcomes of key programs. Collaborate with Lines of Business on product sales and support channel strategies. Communicate product information to sales force and product support functions. Review and enhance product related training in support of these strategies. Support business lending strategy, designed to increase the number of loans delivered to Associated Bank clients. Collaborate with Lines of Business to manage sales process/pipeline to assist in reaching regional sales goals, while maintaining and increasing market share in a multi-state footprint. Participate in creation of overall product portfolio strategy (synthesized product plans). Develop and bring new products within the category to market (collaborate with organizational resources as needed). As needed, identify potential external providers, conduct due diligence, negotiate agreements, and report on service level agreements. Inform, facilitate, and lead where applicable product pricing discussions, leveraging appropriate committees and other decision making formats. Identify opportunities to enhance product financial contribution. Education Bachelor's Degree Business or related Field Required Experience 7-10 years Strong experience leading and managing complex sales and revenue-generating programs and projects with multi-channel impact. Required 7-10 years Strong cross-team collaboration and communication experience. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Marketing, Finance and IT/PMO functions. Required 4-7 years Strong experience building and managing sales teams. Ideal candidate will have Consumer and Small Business Banking experience .
