You will partner with your account team, client solution engineers, product and delivery teams to expand existing revenue streams and identify new revenue opportunities with our most critical strategic client relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing close strategic partnerships across all levels of the client organization to understand clients technology roadmap and any internal and external system dependencies. You will lead and manage client escalations and issue resolution. You will oversee data center issues, opportunities, and activities associate with our clients. You will be responsible to ensure client requirements are adhered to by delivery teams. You will be responsible to ensure the success of project implementations and product enhancements.

The Strategic Account Manager positionis a critical role in delivering on existing client commitments and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will include a high degree of strategic planning and executing to further cultivate Experians brand as a trusted partner.
