Description

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will:

  • Drive new business opportunities through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting into the company's largest prospects
  • Carry & manage deals from initial discovery through the full sales cycle & contract closing
  • Partner/cooperate directly with crossfunctional teams including customer success & account management
  • Carry a customer-centric and strategic approach to all client management processes & relationships

Profile

What you bring:

  • 7-15 years of enterprise sales experience in a B2B setting (ideally within software/SaaS, or insurance/benefits)
  • Experience selling benefits or benefit tech into HR leads or HR admin is a huge plus
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, low structure start-up environment managing a deep pipeline of large accounts
  • You can manage variable & unique sales processes spanning complex sales cycles & large revenue targets
