Your mission is to be a trusted advisor to contacts in all levels of these large, complex Accounting, CPA, and Virtual CFO practices. If you're driven by success, have a consistent track record exceeding sales targets in large enterprise accounts, and are based in the U.S. region, this is the role for you.Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:A proven sales hunter and closer with passion for customer successMinimum 5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievementPrevious experience selling to CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, banking, wealth management verticals strongly preferredProven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise Return on Investment value presentationsAbility to work in virtual home office.Ability to travel up to 50%Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCompetencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):Functional/Technical ExpertiseValuesLearning Abilities/Tech SavvyCommunicationTeam PlayerExpected Outcomes in 12 months:Within 30 days of employment• Shadow another Strategic Accounts Rep and attend Sales Boot camp to learn about products, organization, and success metrics for the business and your role.• Understand Accounting landscape - trends, thought leaders, technology, competition.• Demonstrate understanding of value proposition and effectively communicate this message to prospective customers.• Achieve certification on the Accountant platform demo and sales messaging.Within 60 days of employment• Execute account planning and initiate initial conversations and with Target Accounts in your territory.• Advance in-depth knowledge of solutions, industry trends and competition.Within 90 days of employment• Meet all sales and performance objectives including monthly and quarterly bookings and revenue quota and pipeline progression.• Deliver accurate 30/60/90 day forecast your is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
