Job Description

The Store Support Technical Analyst is responsible for data management in support of company store operations. Provides analysis on new store performance, sales analyses and customer experience. Identifies store sales opportunities and/or areas for increased performance to include strategic input and forward thinking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work independently to analyze Store Operation processes and opportunities (identify probable cause with hard facts and data, investigate resolution, determine root cause, and demonstrate success of solution), to provide collaborative solutions to various field personal by working cross functionally with other support teams
  • Document, Analyze, and Report on store SOPs, processes and system steps based on investigative findings
  • Identify best practices in areas to increase performance using strategic methods
  • Support company initiatives and strategies from concept to completion as it relates to retail locations
  • Maintain store assessments and assist in creating process documentation communications
  • Work cross functionally as the subject matter expert on current store processes and capabilities
  • Utilize software release documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, and WIKIs to aid in problem resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advance experience using Microsoft Office Professional Series (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) preferred
  • Basic understanding of retail operational procedures preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues working in conjunction with field personnel
  • Ability to integrate with a team, yet work independently
  • Experience handling multiple assignments and using prioritization skills in high-demand situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users and team members to reach solutions collaboratively, including the ability to gather, interpret and present information
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and email, including the ability to implement an extensive variety of procedures
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly desired

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's Degree in Business Administration and 1-5 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
