Job Description

SRE- ICM Support NA 12m Location Remote seeking seeking guru level resources with strong technical and academic backgrounds. The screening process is brutal with multiple coding tests. This role is for a True Web Scale SRE (not a devops ldquosrerdquo or just wrote scripts, but an experienced software developer that has elevated to TRUE SRE) and has Good distributed systems experience. Candidate must be able to support, troubleshoot and fix major systems incident and develop (python, Django) integration solutions with ICM. Initially will learn OCM and process and them progress to determine what integrations needed to build and marry the stack (common integration ,so donrsquot have to worry about multi stack) MUST HAVE Incident Mgmt ICM experience requiredndash Good programming experience for complex, scaled web and cloud stack and apps Strong SRE with Strong background Must be strong with Python and Java and Linux (not sys ad, but a 5-6 on a scale of 10) Support 7x12 ICM model This is an IC role not a manager Nice to have Azure Incident Management System preferred, ICM Nice to have GUIFE skills (for simple presentation layer) Azure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform will work too) Team 5 SRE West coast business hours - 12x7 support Interview 2 rounds of Technical interviews with LI o covering things like Programming, Custom module buildreview, ICM, Linux, etc. 1hour Then final manager Interview for fit and depth 30 min Thanks and Regards, Ali Sarwar ARAXIS SYSTEMS INC.
