Primary Responsibilities: Provide material support for the consumer and clinical experiences as needed by Tech and Digital Product / marketing teams Explore emerging opportunity in the healthcare digital design space, evaluate and evangelize as needed Learn from and support the UI Design System and improve the components incrementally. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, communication, or equivalent experience 5+ years of product design and/or user experience and design 5+ years of experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, Marvel, or similar) 3+ years of experience in Human Centered Design processes Preferred Qualifications: Experience with one or many UX research methods, including group facilitation, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, task analysis, and/or usability testing History of team work, agility and lean design principles within complex organizations and enterprise-grade experiences Portfolio of work that demonstrates your level of skill for the following: mobile application, responsive web, enterprise digital platform, or consumer-facing portal designs Leveraging designs, common components from a Design System Initiative, self-motivation and achievement drive Good communication skills, both verbal and written. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
