Sr Technical Recruiter - application development team (remote option)

Overture Partners is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter who is well versed in software application development recruiting. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of agency recruiting experience, specifically in the development space. There is a opportunity for Delivery Manager-level expertise, as well as someone with a few years of relevant experience. Our Development Team focuses on recruiting high level IT consultants working with the latest, cutting-edge technologies on the market, including: AWS, Azure, Java, .NET, Python, Angular, REACT, etc. We work with the top companies in the Northeast spanning all industries (finance, healthcare, higher education, insurance, technology, and retail to name a few).

What You Have to Offer:
  • 2-5 years of agency staffing experience, specifically focused in software development recruiting
  • Ability to communicate directly with our clients and account executives to better qualify and understand their requirements
  • Ability to network within the local software development talent community, branding yourself and company
  • Ability to work with third party vendors, and a solid understanding of the H-1 process. Ideally developing long term relationships with trusted partners.
  • Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly metrics around calls, submittals, and lead generation
  • Excellent negotiation skills and candidate management throughout the process. Great management skills throughout the engagement of the project, as we retain relationships and manage through change and/or conflict during employment.
